This program helps to reset behaviors while also enabling you to actually ENJOY the time during the reset. The drinks taste great. They are smooth, with a creamy vanilla undertone. The shots are severe, but after a little while I started to look forward to them! I originally did the 3 days exactly as described and it was a positive experience. So I ordered the reset package again, and have been doing one day a week (or one day every other week) in reset mode. For that day, I don’t have to think about food, my body is getting plenty of nutrition, and I don't feel hungry. It also is more cost effective because the product will last 3 - 6 weeks when used like this. It really is a win all the way around. I included a picture of setting these up in the fridge organized by how they are used during a reset day. I just organize once and then it’s easy to just reach in for the next meal or snack.

I'm very happy that I did this. I started feeling better by Day 2. Going forward after the Reset, I am making healthier food choices. Feeling better is very motivating.
