It's great! I used it for food replacements and or in-between meals and snacks. When I crave sweets or fried food, I can choose a healthier way. My favorite is Matcha Fuel!

I loved the high protein amount in these shakes. I wasn't as big a fan of the chai flavored one, but I loved the others. Definitely just comes down to a matter of preference.
