This product is not being advertised as a weight loss shake, but I figured what a great way to get all the vitamins and protein you need without having to meal prep or think about it. I got the three day variety pack and at only 1200 calories weight loss was bound to happen. I followed to instructions to listen to your body and if I was hungry ate some raw veggies. I ended up stretching them out 5 days by replacing a couple shakes with a healthy meal. The energy shot with a little caffeine allowed me to wean off coffee without a headache. Ten days later I feel great with energy and mental clarity. I’m down 6 lbs overall and able to workout 3-4 days a week because I sleep so well and wake up refreshed. So happy I decided to try these. Really looking forward to trying the cold brew shake!

I first found the cocoa shake in my local grocery store and it quickly turned into craving them at least once a day. This program helps to reset behaviors while also enabling you to actually ENJOY the time during the reset. The drinks taste great. They are smooth, with a creamy vanilla undertone. The shots are severe, but after a little while I started to look forward to them! I originally did the 3 days exactly as described and it was a positive experience. So I ordered the reset package again, and have been doing one day a week (or one day every other week) in reset mode. For that day, I don’t have to think about food, my body is getting plenty of nutrition, and I don't feel hungry. It also is more cost effective because the product will last 3 - 6 weeks when used like this. It really is a win all the way around. I included a picture of setting these up in the fridge organized by how they are used during a reset day. I just organize once and then it’s easy to just reach in for the next meal or snack.
