    Life-changing.

    I awake, have a shot, and hit the Yoga Matt prior to having a meal. Energizes far better than coffee without the jitters. Feeling good effects of Cayenne pepper for clearing out the sinuses. Also, I love Matcha Green Tea and Prebiotics. Does contain sugar/carbs, but probably no more than adding fruit to a smoothie. Smoothies render sleepiness probably cause of the Milk products and Protein content. No more procrastination; getting a workout in first thing in the morning which makes for a productive day. Actually arriving early for work and appointments because of the energy and enhanced focus. Tastes great; I'm hooked.

    Works every time!

    This really helps me when I have a lot of work to do outside - gardening, cutting wood, painting, etc. Within a few minutes, I begin to feel an upsurge of energy. Will worth the price as I have tried other products, but this is my favorite!
