I normally struggle to hit my protein and fiber goals, but using the Remedy Protein + Fiber Bundle made it so much easier. First time trying this new line-I really like the shakes-they are tasty-but this seemed to make me feel a little bloated. Will still drink but maybe just as an occasional nutrition supplement.

Additionally just ordered the shots assortment..been using the digest first thing in the morning; then drinking the protein shake instead of coffee!! Feeling so much better..

The energize shot really helps in the afternoon…

I’m hoping that I can just start using the shots and stop taking all of these other supplements that I’m taking.. ie vitamins, elderberry; zinc!& etc..

Thoughts or suggestions..

I just finish drinking 32 fluid oz of the Vanilla Dream, just bought 3 bottles and 4 others 2 Tropical and 2 berries, every week I spent over $100 just for these shakes, it taste great 👍 keep up the good job, I love the blue essential but can't find it
