freaking amazing!

I am super picky with what I eat because I have a lot of food sensitivities including chronic migraines that are triggered by dairy, etc., and need to have a certain amount of caffeine. Have searched so hard to find something I can have in the morning and had one of these on Monday and felt great throughout the day. sell bigger half gallon bottles to cut back on the packaging so it can be a daily drink.

A morning necessity

These drinks allow me to start my day with energy and a feeling of satiety. I don’t really want breakfast but I know I need something prior to workouts or yoga. This is the perfect fix for me!!

Cold Brew Latte Protein Shake

I recently switched to Remedy Protein Shakes due to my old protein powder having 15 extra additives. Love that I'm able to get 20 grams of protein per day with a shake that taste good with great ingredients. Added bonus of 80 mg of caffine for that afternoon boost.
